We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional to join our team and help support both our employees and daily business operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with Human Resources experience who enjoys wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Position Summary The HR & Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for a wide range of Human Resources, payroll, and administrative functions. This position will support the hiring process, employee onboarding, payroll administration, attendance tracking, policy enforcement, and general office operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, personable, and comfortable working with confidential information. Responsibilities Human Resources Coordinate recruiting efforts, including posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates Conduct employee onboarding and new hire orientation Maintain employee personnel files and HR records Administer benefits enrollment and employee paperwork Assist with employee relations and answer HR-related questions Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws Help administer performance reviews and employee documentation Maintain training records and assist with compliance tracking Payroll & Timekeeping Process payroll accurately using ADP Workforce Now Review employee timecards for accuracy Track attendance, PTO, vacation, and California paid sick leave Maintain payroll records and resolve payroll discrepancies Coordinate with management regarding payroll approvals Administrative & Operations Support Assist with purchasing, filing, and general office administration Greet visitors professionally Order office supplies and maintain office organization Provide administrative support to management as needed Qualifications Required 3+ years of administrative and Human Resources experience Experience processing payroll using ADP Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment documentation Knowledge of California employment laws and payroll practices Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of discretion when handling confidential information Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Preferred HR experience within a manufacturing environment Experience with production scheduling or manufacturing administration Experience supporting a growing small business Physical Requirements This is an in-person full-time role Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds Ability to walk between the office and production floor throughout the day What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid holidays and paid time off Opportunities for advancement within a growing aerospace manufacturing company Clean, organized, and team-oriented work environment ITAR Requirement This position requires access to information controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
