This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in Human Resources while gaining hands-on experience in HR administration, office operations, employee support, and workplace safety. If you're organized, dependable, enjoy helping people, and want to grow your career, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department Welcome visitors and assist with reception duties Maintain employee personnel files and HR records Organize office supplies, incoming/outgoing mail, and general office operations Assist with employee onboarding and HR documentation Perform monthly workplace safety inspections, including testing emergency exit signs using a step ladder Support additional HR and administrative projects as assigned Qualifications Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply Minimum one year of office or administrative experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Valid California Driver's License Able to occasionally climb a step ladder and lift up to 50 pounds Positive attitude and willingness to learn Compensation & Benefits Up to $20.00 per hour (DOE) Full-time, direct hire position Comprehensive company benefits package Paid training Excellent opportunity to begin a career in Human Resources How to Apply Please email your resume to
