Job Summary We are seeking a motivated HR Administrative Assistant to support our human resources team with essential administrative functions. This role involves managing HR systems, handling confidential information, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, technical proficiency with payroll and HR software, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace environment. Duties Maintain and update HRIS (Human Resources Information System) records accurately and securely Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws by reviewing policies and assisting in audits Handle data entry tasks related to payroll, benefits administration, employee records, and employee onboarding. Support the administration of employee benefits programs and respond to employee inquiries Assist with Employee Relations issues as needed. Skills Proficiency in HRIS systems. Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms and time & attendance systems Understanding of employment law, labor law compliance, and tax regulations affecting payroll processing Excellent data entry skills coupled with attention to detail in handling confidential information Ability to analyze data effectively using spreadsheets People skills to connect with a diverse pool of employees Join us in supporting our staff through efficient administrative processes while fostering a positive work environment!
