Join Our Team! We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Staffing Assistant to support our busy staffing office in Aspen, Colorado. This position plays a key role in recruiting, onboarding, dispatch coordination, payroll support, and employee and client relations. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, solving problems, and helping connect people with employment opportunities, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Recruit and onboard new employees, including completing hiring paperwork and maintaining employee records. Coordinate daily employee assignments and communicate with drivers and clients regarding staffing needs. Enter and review timecards to support accurate payroll processing and billing. Respond to employee and client questions regarding assignments, schedules, and pay. Maintain records and utilize systems such as TempWorks, Microsoft Office, and Google Sheets. Assist with safety documentation, workers' compensation administration, and general office operations. Provide administrative support to the Branch Manager and assist with special projects as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Spanish-English bilingual skills are required. Prior experience in staffing, recruiting, human resources, or office administration preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with staffing software is a plus. Valid Colorado driver's license and acceptable driving record may be required. Pay:
$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
