Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrator to support daily human resources operations for a fast-paced industrial contracting environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a team-oriented setting, enjoys administrative coordination, and can manage multiple priorities with professionalism and accuracy. The HR Administrator will assist with onboarding, employee records management, recruiting coordination, compliance documentation, and general HR support. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity with potential for long-term placement based on performance and business needs. Key Responsibilities Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork Maintain accurate employee files and HR records Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and onboarding requirements Support recruiting efforts by scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates Process employment verifications and other HR-related documentation Track certifications, training records, and compliance requirements Assist with payroll-related administrative support and timekeeping coordination Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and HR documentation as needed Support HR team with special projects and administrative tasks Qualifications 2+ years of HR administrative or office support experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with HRIS systems is a plus Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism High attention to detail and accuracy Prior experience in construction, industrial, staffing, or trades environments is a plus Preferred Skills Knowledge of onboarding and compliance processes Familiarity with employee file management and HR documentation Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Benefits (Upon Permanent Hire) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive and team-oriented work environment Why Join Us?
