Facilitate new hire onboarding, manage accurate employee records, and oversee orientation paperwork in the HRIS.Support plant operations by tracking safety training certifications and assisting with OSHA regulatory compliance.

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, attendance, and HR policies. Facilitate new hire onboarding, manage accurate employee records, and oversee orientation paperwork in the HRIS. Support plant operations by tracking safety training certifications and assisting with OSHA regulatory compliance. Coordinate recruitment logistics, schedule candidate interviews, and assist with employee engagement events. Partner with management to ensure accurate timekeeping, payroll processing, and performance documentation.Working hours:

Strong HRIS proficiency, data entry skills, and experience with MS Office and payroll software. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across all staff levels.
