The Bilingual Spanish HR Administrative Assistant provides administrative support through data entry, document preparation, filing, reporting, meeting preparation, HR hotline support, and other administrative responsibilities. You do not need prior Human Resources experience to be successful in this position. An associate's degree or equivalent experience is preferred. - This position is based in Denver, Colorado, and is an on-site, full-time position.
The schedule will generally be Monday through Friday, based on department needs. Occasional schedule adjustments or weekend work may be required to support company meetings, training, or other business needs. Job Purpose The Bilingual Spanish HR Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Human Resources Department, including maintaining accurate employee information, entering data, running reports, preparing employee documentation, answering the HR hotline, supporting the customer complaint process, organizing HR meetings and training, and assisting with daily department needs. The successful candidate will be organized, dependable, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality when handling employee information. Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Answer and monitor the HR hotline, respond to routine inquiries, and direct questions or concerns to the appropriate HR team member.
- Support the employee customer complaint process by documenting information, organizing follow-up, and directing concerns appropriately.
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain employee information in HR systems and internal records.
- Run reports and assist with routine HR reporting and administrative tracking.
- Prepare, organize, and process employee paperwork and HR documentation.
- File, scan, and maintain organized employee and HR records.
- Prepare meeting rooms and assist with HR meetings, training sessions, and department events.
- Print, organize, and prepare meeting, training, and communication materials.
- Assist with HR communications, reports, updates, office supplies, and department materials.
- Respond appropriately to time-sensitive requests and deadlines.
- Communicate professionally with employees, managers, and HR team members.
- Protect confidential employee and company information.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Prior administrative, office support, customer service, data entry, or related experience preferred.
- Previous Human Resources experience is not required.
- Experience handling confidential information and using Microsoft Office is preferred.
- Willingness to learn GJ Mac systems, processes, and procedures. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA's)
- Bilingual Spanish a must.

- On-site office environment in Denver, Colorado.
- Frequent use of a computer, telephone, and office equipment.
- Ability to sit, talk, hear, bend, reach, file documents, and organize materials.
- Ability to lift or move office supplies generally up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
- Manual dexterity and coordination required for office equipment.
- Personal protective equipment usage where required.
- Not eligible for remote or hybrid work; on-site work is required. Compensation and Benefits The expected pay range is $25.00-$27.00 per hour. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, and applicable considerations. Subject to eligibility and applicable plan requirements, benefits may include:
