Overview No major HR experience necessary, we just need someone who is outgoing and can also speak Spanish. We offer flexible hours to Join our dynamic Human Resources team as a Human Resources Coordinator, where you'll be at the forefront of fostering a thriving workplace culture. This energetic role offers the opportunity to manage a wide range of HR functions, from talent acquisition and employee onboarding to benefits administration and compliance management. As a key player in supporting organizational growth, you will drive initiatives that enhance workforce engagement and streamline HR processes across the company. Your proactive approach will help shape an inclusive environment where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed. Duties Coordinate talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates through various HR systems such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like Kenexa BrassRing or SAP SuccessFactors, conducting interviews, and supporting onboarding activities. Manage employee orientation programs to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the organization, providing comprehensive information about company policies, benefits, and culture. Oversee employee evaluation processes, including performance management and feedback sessions, to promote continuous development and recognition. Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and workers' compensation claims, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) and employment law. l design changes to foster transparency and collaboration. Skills Speak Spanish Great work ethic Can learn Indeed and excel. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly while engaging effectively with employees at all levels. Skilled in project management techniques to coordinate multiple HR initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Competence in data analysis using Excel for reporting purposes that support strategic planning and decision-making. Ability to manage employee relations proactively through conflict resolution skills and fostering a positive work environment. Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 20.0 per week
