In this key role, you will be the central operational hub for managing hourly team scheduling, attendance, timecard auditing, and daily workforce communication. The ideal candidate possesses hands-on experience navigating scheduling software, auditing timecards for payroll accuracy, enforcing company attendance policies, and communicating effectively across all levels of the organization. Because our workforce is diverse, bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required to ensure clear, seamless communication with our hourly team members and management team.
Pay Range:
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
Shift Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday through Friday (with occasional early morning or shift overlap coverage as operational needs dictate).
Setting:
100% In-Person at our facility. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this role. Responsibilities Workforce Scheduling & Shift Coverage Create, publish, and maintain weekly/monthly work schedules for all hourly team members and facility production shifts. Monitor daily attendance, track call-outs, tardiness, and unplanned absences, and immediately notify shift managers and production supervisors of coverage gaps. Coordinate shift swaps, cover unexpected absences, and manage shift fill-ins to maintain optimal staffing levels on the shop/production floor. Review, approve, or deny Paid Time Off (PTO) requests in accordance with company policy and operational needs. Timecard Auditing & Payroll Support Review daily and weekly hourly timecard punches, identifying and correcting missed punches, meal break adjustments, and overtime errors. Work closely with shift managers and supervisors to resolve timecard discrepancies prior to payroll processing deadlines. Generate and submit weekly payroll and attendance reports to management and the payroll department. Attendance Policy Management & Communication Track and manage employee attendance records, ensuring strict and consistent adherence to company attendance, absenteeism, and tardiness policies. Issue policy reminders, track attendance point systems (if applicable), and alert supervisors/HR when attendance thresholds or corrective actions are reached. Serve as the primary bilingual contact for hourly employees regarding shift scheduling questions, PTO balances, and timecard inquiries. Maintain clear, professional verbal and written communication with production leaders, HR, and facility employees.
Skills Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in workforce scheduling, timekeeper/payroll support, or staffing coordination in a production, manufacturing, logistics, or high-volume hourly environment.
Bilingual Language Skills:
Professional-level fluency in both English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with electronic timekeeping and workforce management software (e.g., Kronos, ADP, Paycom, Paylocity, or similar scheduling/payroll systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Communication:
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle employee situations professionally, confidentially, and assertively. Attention to

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working in an in-person manufacturing plant, warehouse, or high-volume hourly facility environment. Physical Demands
• Capability to stand for periods of time in a production environment that may be wet and subject to varying temperatures.
