The Company Enscicon is an established Staffing & Recruitment firm supporting clients that are completing engineering and construction projects within some of the world's most critical Energy and Infrastructure projects. About the Role This is a temporary assignment supporting our HR, Payroll, and Office Operations teams during a high-volume period. It's a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR and administrative functions within a fast-paced environment. This role is expected to last approximately 4-5 months, with the potential for extension based on business needs. Office Administrator (HR & Payroll Support) Key Responsibilities Payroll & Timesheet Support Assist with timesheet data entry and organization Support payroll preparation through accurate documentation and file management HR Administrative Support Process employee requests including direct deposit changes, W-4 updates, and W-2 requests Complete employment verifications Assist with employee file maintenance and organization Support HR file clean-up and auditing projects Office Support Answer and route incoming calls (main line, HR, and Accounting) Ensure timely handling of messages and inquiries Pick up, sort, scan, and distribute mail Scan and organize invoices (including vendors such as Quest, Choice, UHC, GIS, RMR) Deposit incoming checks General Administrative Support Assist with ordering company apparel and vendor research as needed Maintain organization of office supplies, files, and shared storage areas Support general administrative projects across HR, Accounting, and Operations Other miscellaneous duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 0-2 years of office, administrative, or customer service experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Professional communication skills Comfortable handling confidential information Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar systemsSimilar remote jobs
