Key Responsibilities People & Culture Program Administration Provide day-to-day administrative support to the People & Culture team. Maintain accurate and up-to-date team member records and documentation. Assist with the preparation, organization, and filing of P&C documents and correspondence. Support the administration of employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, changes to employment, and offboarding. Respond to routine team member inquiries and direct questions to the appropriate P&C team member when needed. Assist with P&C projects, initiatives, and special assignments as needed. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive team member information with professionalism and discretion. Payroll, Benefits & Leave Administration Provide administrative support for payroll processes, including gathering, reviewing, and submitting information as required. Assist with the administration of employee benefits and respond to routine benefits-related inquiries. Support leave administration by maintaining accurate records and documentation. Coordinate with vendors for wellness events and workshops. Assist with identifying and resolving discrepancies or missing information in payroll, benefits, and leave records. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external providers as needed to support timely and accurate processing. Learning & Development Provide administrative support for learning and development programs and training activities. Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, communications, registrations, attendance tracking, and documentation. Maintain accurate training records and assist with reporting as required. Support the development and maintenance of learning resources and materials. Knowledge Management & SharePoint Maintain and organize People & Culture information, resources, and documents within SharePoint. Ensure P&C content is current, accurate, accessible, and appropriately organized. Assist with updates to knowledge-management tool and communications. Support continuous improvement of the P&C SharePoint site and related information-management processes. Education and/or Experience This role requires Subject Matter Expertise that generally will be attained with a minimum of 1-3 years in a previous administrative, human resource, People & Culture or related role and a High School Diploma/GED. Candidates currently pursuing or recently have completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources or a related field could also apply. Priority will be place upon the demonstration of the ability to meet qualifications without an absolute focus on duration of experience, in recognition that the attainment of such qualifications may be obtained at different paces by different individuals. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy, along with strong written and verbal communication skills. They will be able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and follow through on tasks effectively. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint, is required. The candidate must be comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information appropriately and demonstrate a strong customer service mindset and collaborative approach. An interest in or understanding of Human Resources/People & Culture practices is considered an asset.
