Job Title:
HR AssistantJob SummaryOur client is seeking a detail-oriented and personable HR Assistant to support day-to-day human resources operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and interested in helping create a positive employee experience while supporting key administrative HR functions.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the human resources teamAssist with onboarding new hires, including preparing paperwork and coordinating orientationMaintain employee files and ensure HR records are accurate and up to dateRespond to employee questions regarding policies, procedures, and benefitsSupport recruiting efforts by scheduling interviews and communicating with candidatesAssist with data entry and updates in HRIS and other internal systemsHelp track time-off requests, attendance records, and other employee informationPrepare reports, letters, and other HR-related documents as neededSupport HR projects and assist with general office and departmental tasksMaintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee informationQualificationsPrevious administrative, office support, or human resources experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretionProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systemsAbility to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environmentAssociate's or bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferredPreferred SkillsFamiliarity with HRIS systems and onboarding processesKnowledge of basic HR practices and employment documentationStrong customer service mindset and problem-solving skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively
