Recruiting & Scheduling Coordinator (Part-Time Temporary)
Location:
Putnam, CT (Onsite)
Pay:
$18-$25/hour, depending on experience
Schedule:
Part-Time Temporary Hours:
Tuesday, and Thursday:
15 hours total.
Rotating Weekend Coverage:
Saturday, and Sunday Weekend shifts are anticipated to be either 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM (schedule to be confirmed) Ultimate Staffing is seeking a dependable and organized Recruiting & Scheduling Coordinator to support a busy healthcare staffing team in Putnam, CT. This position will work closely with another team member to coordinate staffing schedules, assist with recruiting efforts, and provide exceptional customer service to healthcare professionals and clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, multitasking, and helping ensure quality patient care by supporting healthcare staffing operations. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and text messages from employees and clients. Coordinate and maintain schedules for Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for both regular and on-call shifts. Assist with recruiting activities, candidate outreach, and interview coordination. Audit employee timesheets for accuracy and timely processing. Provide outstanding customer service to healthcare staff and clients. Communicate schedule changes, call-outs, and coverage needs. Maintain accurate employee and client records. Support daily office operations and administrative functions. Qualifications Previous experience in scheduling, staffing, recruiting, healthcare administration, customer service, or office coordination preferred. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling systems. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Healthcare staffing experience is a plus but not required. Why Join Us? Competitive hourly pay of $18-$25 depending on experience.
