Workforce Engagement & Retention Coordinator Pay:

What You'll Do As our Workforce Engagement & Retention Coordinator, you'll serve as the face of our facility for candidates and employees alike. You'll help recruit great talent, welcome new hires, strengthen employee engagement, and build a workplace where people feel connected, supported, and inspired to stay.
You'll:
Welcome candidates and create an exceptional interview experience Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to keep the hiring process moving Support onboarding and stay connected with new employees throughout their first year Develop and coordinate a buddy/mentor program Conduct employee check-ins and stay interviews Plan employee recognition, appreciation, and engagement activities Build relationships with local schools, workforce programs, and community organizations to strengthen our talent pipeline Participate in career fairs, open houses, and recruitment events Track engagement and retention initiatives while identifying opportunities to improve the employee experience What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is passionate about people and enjoys making others feel welcomed, valued, and supported.
Ideal candidates will have:
Experience in healthcare, recruiting, customer service, admissions, employee engagement, staffing, social services, hospitality, or workforce development Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills Strong organization and follow-through A positive, collaborative approach with the ability to connect with employees at every level Creativity and enthusiasm for building an engaging workplace culture Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is a plus but not required.
