Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including talent acquisition, human capital management, and employee relations. This position requires a proactive individual who is passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and enhancing the employee experience. Duties Support talent acquisition initiatives by coordinating onboarding processes for new hires. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Utilize Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) such as Dayforce, Ceridian, or Paylocity for data entry and management. Manage workers' compensation claims and assist with related documentation. Collaborate with team members to improve HR processes and implement best practices. Provide administrative support for various HR functions, including performance management and employee engagement activities. Assist in maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as iCIMS or Kronos for efficient recruitment tracking. Requirements Previous experience in human resources or administrative roles is preferred. Familiarity with talent acquisition processes and human capital management principles. Proficient in using HR software systems, particularly Dayforce, Ceridian, Paylocity, iCIMS, or similar platforms. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
