Full Job Description Oversee Onboarding System:

_ Send onboarding links to new hires Conduct Interviews for CSW Provide Writing Sample to Clinical Director Send Offer Letters Provide Hiring Packet Collect and Organize Documentation Send off list of new hires for Orientation and Training Provide Credible access for Orientation and Training Create a report for documentation audit (Tracking what documents are still needed before being fully onboard) Provide Reports for CM and client assignments Constant communication with Current, New, and Pending employees Showing Employees how to access and navigate BambooHR and Credible Receive staff grievances (report to HR) monthly Directing staff to the correct departments for solutions Attending and hosting the career fairs
