Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a key point of contact for employee relations, talent acquisition, and HR operations. Your energetic approach will help foster a positive workplace environment, streamline HR processes, and support strategic workforce management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to organizational success through effective human capital management, compliance adherence, and innovative talent strategies. Responsibilities Coordinate and support talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing candidates through HR systems such as iCIMS, Lever, or Workday, and managing applicant tracking systems (ATS). Facilitate employee orientation programs to ensure smooth onboarding experiences that align with company policies and culture. Assist in employee evaluation processes by gathering performance data, supporting performance management initiatives, and maintaining accurate HRIS records. Manage benefits administration tasks such as enrollment, changes, and inquiries while ensuring compliance with employment law and regulatory requirements like FMLA and workers' compensation. Support change management initiatives by communicating updates effectively across teams and assisting in organization design and succession planning efforts. Handle confidential personnel information with integrity while managing HR data collection, data entry, and Excel data analysis for reporting purposes. Collaborate on training & development programs to enhance workforce skills and promote continuous improvement within the HR department. Qualifications Proven experience in human resources management or HR department roles with a strong understanding of employment & labor law, HR legal compliance, and regulatory standards. Demonstrated expertise in human capital management systems such as Oracle
HCM, SAP
SuccessFactors, or UltiPro. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis, report generation, and documentation. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle conflict management situations professionally. Experience with recruiting platforms like iCIMS or BrassRing along with knowledge of social media management for talent sourcing purposes. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using project management principles. Knowledge of benefits administration processes including payroll processing and personnel administration is preferred. Pay:
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
