Hours:
1:30pm to 10:30pm Mon- Fri (2nd shift) The Staff Performance Coordinator/ Data Entry Specialist is a highly administrative, data-driven role responsible for maintaining accurate workforce records, processing payroll, tracking attendance, and supporting daily staffing operations. This position works across multiple systems to manage timekeeping, payroll, employee data, open job orders, and reporting while serving as a key point of contact for associates and client management. Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate attendance and timekeeping records.
- Assist with entering and maintaining payroll reports
- Review time clock reports, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues promptly.
- Enter, update, and audit employee data across multiple systems and databases.
- Monitor open job orders and support staffing fulfillment efforts.
- Run reports and analyze workforce data to identify trends, attendance concerns, and operational needs.
- Assist with new hire onboarding, orientations, and documentation management.
- Serve as a primary resource for associate questions related to payroll, attendance, and scheduling.
- Partner with client leadership and internal teams to resolve workforce issues and ensure service level expectations are met.
- Maintain compliance with wage and hour regulations and company policies. Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in data entry, payroll processing, attendance tracking, staffing, HR, or administrative support.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Experience using multiple systems, including timekeeping, payroll, reporting, and workforce management platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
