Home Health Location:
Boca Raton, FL Senior Care Solutions is seeking an organized, detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources department. This position plays an important role in the onboarding, credentialing, compliance, and ongoing maintenance of employee records for our Medicare-certified home health agency. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and able to consistently follow up with employees and candidates to ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and timely. Previous healthcare or home health HR experience is strongly preferred. Responsibilities Coordinate the new-hire onboarding process from offer acceptance through completion of employment requirements. Collect, review, and maintain employee personnel and credentialing documentation. Track professional licenses, certifications, CPR, TB documentation, and other required clinical credentials. Coordinate and track Level 2 background screenings and other pre-employment requirements. Maintain accurate and complete employee personnel and compliance files. Monitor expiration dates and follow up with employees regarding required renewals and outstanding documentation. Assist with HRIS data entry and maintenance. Support employee onboarding, orientation, and completion of required acknowledgments and training. Maintain onboarding and compliance tracking spreadsheets and reports. Communicate regularly with new hires, employees, recruiters, managers, and clinical leadership regarding outstanding requirements. Assist with preparation of employee files for regulatory surveys, audits, and internal compliance reviews. Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources department. Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information. Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned. Minimum of 1 year of HR, onboarding, credentialing, or administrative experience. Previous experience in Medicare-certified home health, healthcare, or another regulated healthcare environment strongly preferred. Experience onboarding and maintaining files for clinical employees is a plus. Familiarity with healthcare credentialing and compliance requirements preferred. Experience with Paycom or another HRIS/payroll system preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify missing or incomplete documentation. Ability to manage a high-volume workload and multiple deadlines simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple departments Why Senior Care Solutions?
