  • Full-time Join a Growing Healthcare Organization We are a fast-paced and expanding ACO Reach Corporation seeking a highly capable, detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong HR professional who thrives in a busy environment, can manage multiple priorities, and brings advanced administrative and systems expertise to the table. We are looking for someone who is not only organized and dependable, but highly proficient in HR technology, payroll systems, reporting, and data management. Key Responsibilities Provide daily administrative support to the Human Resources, Director Manage employee records, onboarding files, compliance documents, and personnel data Process HR transactions within Paychex and other HRIS platforms Assist with payroll coordination, employee changes, benefits updates, and reporting Generate reports, track metrics, and maintain accurate employee databases Create professional documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and internal communications Support recruiting efforts including job postings, scheduling interviews, and applicant tracking Ensure confidentiality of all employee and company information Assist leadership with special projects and operational initiatives as assigned Required Qualifications Proven experience in an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or similar Human Resources role Hands-on experience with Paychex systems is required Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems and employee data management Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel , including formulas, sorting, filtering, lookups, and data analysis Strong command of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Healthcare or medical office experience strongly preferred What We're Looking For A self-starter who can think critically and solve problems Someone comfortable with technology, systems, and process improvement Professional, polished, and dependable Able to multitask without sacrificing accuracy Positive attitude with a team-first mindset Why Join Us?
