The ideal candidate will provide administrative support while helping create a positive experience for associates across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Order and manage employee business cards. Coordinate and schedule employee training sessions and accommodations. Scan, organize, and maintain HR documents and personnel records. Track and maintain company shirt inventory and distribution. Coordinate employee tenure and service award recognition programs. Update associate information on internal bulletin boards and communication boards. Conduct pay plan audits to ensure accuracy and compliance. Respond to associate questions and provide general HR support. Perform other administrative and HR-related duties as assigned. Competencies Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner. Must possess strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with Associates, members of the HR Management Team, and in group presentations and meetings. Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information. Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time effectively. Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality. Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback. The minimum qualification is a completion of a high school education, 3-5 years as an Administrative Assistant in an Organization with at least 100 Associates. Must have working experience with Word and Excel.
