Position responsibilities Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Maintain employee files, personnel records, and HR documentation. Coordinate background screenings, employment verifications and required documentation. Monitor employee training, certifications and compliance requirements. Payroll processing, timekeeping, benefits, and employee inquiries. Support employee relations, performance management, and workplace policies. Help ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and assisted living regulations.

$27.79 - $30.86 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
