$18-$22 per hour Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, proactive, technologically savvy, and personable Administrative & HR Coordinator to provide support across General Administration, Accounting, and Human Resources. This position will work closely with the Administrative/HR Director and assist with a variety of daily tasks, reporting, projects, and office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, innovative, and comfortable taking initiative . This is a collaborative team environment where the right individual will have the opportunity to learn, develop new skills, take on additional responsibilities, and grow professionally . Responsibilities Provide general administrative and HR support to the Administrative/HR Director. Assist with tracking and maintaining accurate records, files and documentation as needed. Assist with registrations, renewals, and licensing with tax agencies and Departments of Labor. Assist with filing, document organization, and maintaining accurate office records. Assist with incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence. Assist with reporting and preparation of administrative/HR or accounting reports as needed. Provide support with basic accounting and administrative tasks as needed (invoices, receipts etc.) Assist with employee communication, internal memos, correspondence, and administrative notices. Assist with employee engagement initiatives and activities. Assist with time and attendance tracking and related administrative tasks. Coordinate, oversee, and track shipments, deliveries, and related documentation. Assist with various HR, administrative, and office projects as assigned. Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and utilize technology to make tasks more efficient. Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed to support the day-to-day operations of the office. Qualifications 3+ years of professional office, administrative, or HR experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook is required. Strong computer skills and ability to learn and utilize new technology and software. Technologically savvy and innovative , with an interest in finding more efficient ways to complete tasks. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. Ability to handle confidential employee and company information professionally. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Responsible, dependable, proactive, and able to work independently. Friendly and professional personality with strong interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn, take initiative, and take on new responsibilities. Must be comfortable working fully on-site in Delray Beach, FL .
