West Delray Nursing and Rehabilitation Center Location:
Delray, Florida Shift:
Full Time Pay Rate:
$26 - $29 per hour depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
Champion employee engagement by developing morale programs, managing effective discipline practices, and handling payroll changes, terminations, and benefits administration. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including Department of Health guidelines. Lead recruitment efforts by sourcing, screening, and interviewing top talent to fill open roles. Oversee critical HR processes such as I-9 documentation, workers' compensation, disability claims, and FMLA administration.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in Human Resources, preferably in a skilled nursing or healthcare environment.
Preferred Skills:
Empeon experience preferred but not required
Key Traits:
Strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
Professionalism:
