Required to utilize your core skills in human resources and communication to facilitate effective employee orientation and evaluation processes. Your premium skills in talent acquisition, change management, and human capital management will enhance our workforce's performance. Additionally, your relevant experience with HR will streamline HR operations, ensuring a productive and compliant workplace. Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and conducting initial screenings of candidates. Support employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Maintain accurate employee records and assist with data entry tasks in HR systems like QuickBooks and Fingercheck. Facilitate communication between management and employees regarding HR policies and procedures. Stay updated on employment and DOT laws and regulations to ensure compliance within the organization. Qualifications Strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees and management Experience with QuickBooks Proficiency in human resources practices and principles Knowledge of employment and labor laws Knowledge of DOT Rules and Regulations Ability to manage projects and implement change management strategies
