Proven experience processing data-centric transactions in a high-volume setting Solid understanding of HR policies, benefits, and disability leave procedures Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on root-cause analysis Impeccable attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Nice to
Have Skills:
Working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now system
Preferred Education and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent with at least 6 years of relevant experience Or 2 years post-secondary/associates degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant HR experience
Other Requirements:
