Full Time Pay Rate:

Key Responsibilities Champion employee engagement by developing morale programs, managing effective disciplinary practices, and handling payroll changes, terminations, and benefits administration. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including Department of Health guidelines. Lead recruitment efforts by sourcing, screening, and interviewing qualified candidates for open positions. Oversee critical HR processes, including I-9 documentation, workers' compensation, disability claims, and FMLA administration. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation. Support employees and leadership with HR-related questions, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a skilled nursing or healthcare environment.
Preferred Skills:
Union experience is a plus.
