Job Description

Job Summary A leading professional services organization in Miami is seeking an Attorney Recruiting Assistant to support high-volume attorney recruiting, law student recruiting, recruiting events, interview coordination, and summer associate program activities. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented recruiting or HR professional who enjoys managing moving parts, creating a polished candidate experience, and supporting a busy legal recruiting function. This is a highly visible, 100% in-office role within a professional, collaborative environment where organization, responsiveness, and discretion are valued. The team offers exposure to attorney recruiting across multiple offices, supportive leadership, and the opportunity to build a strong career path in legal recruiting and talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate virtual and in-person interviews with attorneys, candidates, recruiting teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage recruiting calendars, candidate communications, interview feedback, follow-up items, and confidential candidate records.
  • Support lateral attorney recruiting, law student recruiting, on-campus interviews, callbacks, career fairs, networking events, and resume collections.
  • Post job descriptions to internal and external career sites and maintain recruiting data in the applicant tracking system.
  • Prepare application materials, distribute candidate information, coordinate travel logistics, process recruiting invoices, and support recruiting events.
  • Welcome candidates to the office and deliver a professional, high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruiting process. Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary:
    $60,000 to $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Job Type:
    Direct hire, full-time.
  • Location:
    Miami, FL 33131.
  • Schedule:
    Monday through Friday.
  • Work Arrangement:
    100% in office, no remote.
  • Start:
    ASAP. Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Coordinate attorney recruiting interviews, calendars, communications, and candidate follow-up.
  • Support lateral attorney recruiting, law student recruiting, recruiting events, and summer associate program coordination.
  • Maintain applicant tracking system data, electronic files, confidential candidate information, and recruiting documentation.
  • Provide administrative, scheduling, travel, invoice processing, and candidate experience support for a busy recruiting team.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience preferred in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, legal services, or professional services.
  • Previous applicant tracking system experience required.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-through abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service mindset, interpersonal skills, and professional presence.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Preferred Qualifications
  • Law firm or legal recruiting experience.
  • LinkedIn Recruiter experience.
  • Experience coordinating on-campus interviews, callbacks, career fairs, recruiting events, or summer associate programs.
  • Prior experience supporting attorney, law student, or professional services recruiting.
