Front Desk HR Operations Representative Are you a people person who thrives on helping others, solving problems, and creating a great employee experience? Join Orlando Health as an HR Operations Representative and become a key resource for team members, candidates, and leaders across the organization. In this highly visible role, you'll help support the day-to-day functions of Human Resources while making a positive impact on every interaction.
Location :
55 W Gore St - Downtown Orlando Office What You'll Do Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for team members, candidates, and visitors. Assist with HR-related inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Support onboarding and new hire processes. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy within HR systems. Help coordinate meetings, schedules, training sessions, and departmental activities. Conduct employment verifications and general HR research. Partner with departments across the organization to provide exceptional customer service. Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information. What We're Looking For Passion for customer service and helping others. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
