The main goal of this position is simple: find qualified drivers and generate new driver candidates for our company. Responsibilities Actively search for and communicate with potential truck drivers Use social media, trucking groups, online platforms, referrals, truck stops, and other sources to find drivers Join and participate in relevant Facebook and social media trucking groups Reach out directly to potential drivers and introduce our available driving opportunities Communicate with our current drivers to generate driver referrals Build relationships with drivers and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates Visit truck stops and other locations where drivers can be recruited Continuously look for new recruiting channels and creative ways to reach more drivers Follow up with interested candidates and connect them with the recruiting team Work toward weekly and monthly driver recruiting goals What We Are Looking For Very outgoing and comfortable approaching new people Strong communication skills Comfortable using Facebook, Instagram, and other social media Not afraid to make calls, send messages, or approach drivers in person Self-motivated and results-oriented Able to consistently follow up with potential candidates Basic computer and social media skills Recruiting, sales, trucking, or customer service experience is a plus What Matters Most This is a results-driven position . We are looking for someone who will actively search for drivers instead of waiting for applications to come in. Your primary goal is to bring qualified driver candidates into the company through as many effective recruiting sources as possible. ⸻
