The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for residents, rental property owners, vendors, customers, and employees. This position is ideal for an organized, dependable professional who communicates well, manages multiple priorities, and enjoys helping others. We are seeking someone with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to work. This role offers long-term growth potential for an employee interested in advancing within the company. Receptionist Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and direct resident, tenant, landlord, and vendor questions to the appropriate department Greet office visitors and provide professional front-desk assistance Receive, document, and distribute packages delivered to the office Enter invoices and related information into spreadsheets Prepare electronic lockboxes for checkout and verify their return Conduct brief company vehicle inspections Track rental property owner insurance documentation Scan and email tenant insurance documents to the appropriate department Maintain accurate office records and digital files Assist with general administrative and clerical duties Support additional front-office and property management tasks as needed Qualifications Professional, friendly, and positive communication style Strong customer service and telephone skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environment Proactive work style with the ability to anticipate needs and follow through Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Comfortable working with spreadsheets, email, scanning, and general office technology Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Dependable attendance and punctuality Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, front desk, customer service, or property management experience is preferred Compensation and Benefits $18.00
