Human Resources Coordinator Ambassador Personnel, Inc.

Plant City, FL Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (or as business needs require)Work Environment:
Office-based; business casual Monday-Thursday, casual attire on Fridays Key Responsibilities- Coordinate recruiting and hiring activities, including monitoring applications in Workday and assisting candidates through the hiring process.
- Conduct new-hire orientations and support onboarding activities.
- Coordinate equipment, phones, and system access for new employees.
- Serve as a liaison between temporary staffing agencies and hiring managers.
- Respond to employee HR questions and support requests.
- Assist with HR policies, procedures, and compliance activities.
- Provide guidance and coaching support to leaders regarding performance management.
- Coordinate receptionist coverage and staffing needs.
- Support employee communications, recognition programs, and engagement initiatives.
- Prepare monthly HR reports and maintain accurate employee records.
- Track attendance and assist with leave-of-absence administration.
- Monitor outstanding requests and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
- Support company meetings, events, and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare, copy, scan, file, post notices, and distribute documents.
- Maintain confidential employee information and records.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations for leadership.
- Collaborate effectively with employees and leaders at all levels.
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Administration, or a related clerical/support role.
- Experience coordinating recruiting, onboarding, and employee support activities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with HRIS systems; Workday experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and follow-up skills.
- Experience maintaining records, files, and sensitive information.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with employees and leadership at all levels. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge or experience with:
