We are seeking a motivated and organized Bilingual HR & Office Administrator to join our staffing agency in Tallahassee, Florida. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, has strong administrative skills, and can effectively communicate with employees and clients. This position will support daily office operations, employee coordination, and HR-related administrative tasks. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day administrative and HR support tasks. Communicate with employees working at various locations and assist with their needs. Support head office with location-based task management and coordination. Maintain clear and professional communication with staff and clients. Assist with employee documentation and HR administrative processes. Manage and maintain positive client relations on behalf of the company. Help ensure office operations run efficiently and professionally. Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish — required. 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative, HR, or office support role. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities. Professional attitude with excellent attention to detail. Previous staffing, recruiting, or HR experience is a plus.
