The Opportunity We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team and play a key role in supporting employees, coordinating recruiting and onboarding activities, maintaining HR resources, and helping our day-to-day operations run smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who embraces technology, is proactive, takes ownership of their work, and who is comfortable working independently. What You'll Do Employee Experience & HR Operations Support Maintain accurate employee personnel files and ensure records are organized, complete, and compliant with company requirements, ensuring confidential handling of sensitive information. Coordinate employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding, ensuring all related tasks, documentation, and communications are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Process employment verifications and other administrative requests. Monitor the HR Inbox and serve as a first point of contact for employee questions, providing timely support and directing inquiries to the appropriate HR team member. Support HR reporting, audits, and organizational updates as needed. Recruiting Coordination & Onboarding Coordinate and support recruiting activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and other recruiting logistics, in partnership with the recruiter. Coordinate and track all pre-employment and onboarding activities, including background checks, ADP onboarding, and I9 paperwork. Ensure each step is completed on time, providing a smooth transition from pre-hire to employee. Notify internal stakeholders of upcoming new hires and coordinate onboarding activities across HR, hiring managers, IT, Accounting, and Marketing. Confirm first-week schedules and coordinate new hire orientation sessions. Facilitate HR new hire orientation. HR Programs, Resources, & Team Support Assist with administration of annual HR programs and initiatives, including open enrollment, leadership development programs, employee surveys, and other recurring processes. Maintain and update company intranet content, HR resources, forms, templates, onboarding materials, and employee reference guides. Maintain internal HR SharePoint files, ensuring information is organized, current, and easily accessible. Collaborate with HR team members and stakeholders to create and maintain tools, resources, and materials that support a positive employee experience. Coordinate logistics for HR trainings, meetings, and HR programs and initiatives. Support HR projects and the implementation of new tools and resources as the team evolves. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED; 2+ years of HR experience; open to recent graduates with demonstrated interest in HR, technology, and process improvement. Experience working with HRIS systems. Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office, including functions in Excel such as pivot tables, and data analysis. Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management. Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to take initiative and independently drive HR administration tasks to completion. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Internship, co-op, or relevant project experience in HR, office administration, or customer service. Experience in leveraging AI and other technologies to increase efficiency. Experience with Microsoft CoPilot is a plus.
