Job Description
Job Summary The HR/Admin is responsible for supporting daily administrative and human resources functions while ensuring smooth plant operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will maintain office efficiency, support HR initiatives, and contribute to maintaining plant discipline, cleanliness, and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner Conduct plant tours for new hires Manage supply ordering, including picking up and placing orders as needed Track, review, and submit plant bills in a timely manner Respond to and manage incoming emails Communicate and coordinate with vendors Serve as the primary point of contact with the staffing company Provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department Maintain plant discipline, cleanliness, and safety standards Track employee attendance and leave time accurately Support general office management and administrative functions Qualifications and Requirements Valid Driver's License A Human Resorces degree or Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong oral and written communication skills Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities Ability to manage confidential information with discretion Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Skills and Competencies Professional demeanor and customer service orientation Time management and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong record-keeping and documentation skills Commitment to workplace safety and compliance
