What we need:
The HR Administrator is an entry-level contributor that provides operational and administrative support to assist with standard HR programs and processes. This role contributes to the smooth functioning of day-to-day HR operations and ensures compliance with policies and regulations. What you'll do: Greets employees, customers, and visitors and ensure they are directed to the correct location. Work closely with HR and business partners to oversee and optimize employee seating arrangements and floor plans. Provide general administrative support to the HR and Talent Development teams, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives. Responsible for the phone system and messages. Respond to customer inquiries and redirect all necessary calls. Assist in arranging and coordinating meetings, agendas, required materials, summary reports, and presentations for projects. Prepare various weekly, monthly, and yearly reports as required. Perform other duties as needed.
What you have:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience preferred. 0-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience. What you're good at: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products. Ability to handle confidential Information.
