Job Description

Job Summary:
HR Assistant will assist with employee onboarding, record maintenance, company events and other HR-related functions.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing and communicating documentation Assist in maintaining and updating employee records within HRIS and HR Share Drive Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and other related matters Ensure the confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive HR information Assist with HR/Employee related functions Serve as back up to Talent Acquistion Coordinator with recruiting and temp mangement Assist Reception Area with incoming KIOSK calls and visitors Assist in planning and executing holiday parties and company events Pick up/Drop off Mail as back up to accounting Perform other administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling meetings and maintaining office supplies Responsible for additional duties and accountabilities that will be assigned as needed.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent communication skills Organizational skills and attention to detail Time management with a proven ability to meet deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent HR experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk Some travel Ability to lift 15 pounds
