Job Description

■ General Responsibilities Source and identify candidates for client roles using job boards, databases, LinkedIn, and internal talent pools. Support the end-to-end hiring process on behalf of client companies, including screening, interview scheduling, and status tracking. Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HR spreadsheets. Coordinate communication between candidates, internal recruiters, and client hiring managers to ensure a smooth experience. Assist with onboarding logistics, document collection, and new-hire paperwork for placed candidates. Prepare recruiting and HR reports, including pipeline updates, time-to-fill, and status summaries, using Excel and the ATS. Help ensure hiring activities follow client requirements and applicable HR compliance standards. Provide general administrative support to the HR outsourcing team as needed. ■ Required Qualifications Eligible to participate in the J-1 Exchange Visitor Program (Internship or Trainee category). This position is intended for J-1 candidates only. E-2 visa applicants are not eligible for this position. Bachelor's degree — completed or currently enrolled — preferably in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field. Prior HR, recruiting, or talent-sourcing experience (internship or academic project) is strongly preferred. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, for client- and candidate-facing interactions. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with an ATS or HR software is a plus. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple candidates and requisitions at once. Professional, reliable, and comfortable working on-site in a team-oriented U.S. office. $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per month
