Overview Regency Hospital - Macon Critical Illness Recovery Hospital Macon, GA Human Resources Assistant ( HRA ) Full-Time | On-Site |
M-F Hourly Rate:
$19/hr-$23/hr We are seeking a talented and curious HR professional who values partnership, accountability, and meaningful impact. This is a hands-on, hospital-based HR role for someone who wants to be close to the work- supporting caregivers, leaders, and operations; while partnering closely with our HR Shared Services team. If you are passionate about people, energized by variety, and eager to grow your HR skillset while influencing hospital operations and HR strategy, this role offers a unique opportunity to learn, contribute, and make a difference and grow every day. Responsibilities As an HR Assistant, you will report to the HR Manager and you will be responsible for the clerical and secretarial duties of the Human Resources department, as well as, provide additional support to Administration/CEO and other departments, as needed. Clerical responsibilities, such as typing, filing, compiling records. You must have word processing skills and the ability to prioritize and complete assignments in a timely fashion. Qualifications Successful employees are inventive problem solvers who thrive in a dynamic environment.
Minimum requirements:
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Must have at least 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent. Preferred qualifications that will make you successful: College courses are preferred. Prior experience in a healthcare facility is also preferred.
