Working directly alongside HR leadership, this role heavily focuses on weekly/biweekly payroll processing, full-cycle recruiting, and seamless new-hire onboarding. We are looking for an employee-centric professional with a background in warehouse, manufacturing, or construction environments who is comfortable being visible on the floor—conducting site visits, distributing uniforms, and promoting workplace safety awareness. If you are fluent in English and Spanish and offer 3+ years of HR/payroll experience, we'd love to connect!

High SchoolResponsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including posting jobs, attending job fairs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating onboarding, and tracking recruitment metricsHRIS & Records Management:
Maintain digital and physical personnel files and update status changes in the HRIS.Payroll & Benefits:
Process weekly and biweekly payroll for exempt, nonexempt, contract, and temporary employeesEmployee Support:
Serve as the main point of contact for employee and applicant inquiries regarding policies, benefits, payroll, and hiring processesField & Workforce Operations:
Serve as the direct liaison between staffing resources and end-user managers; handle uniform distribution and perform routine site visits.Safety Awareness:
Understand safety protocols and maintain a visible safety-first presence during field and facility visits.Experience:
3+ years in HR, staffing, recruiting, or payroll administration within a manufacturing, construction, or industrial environmentLanguage:
