The Transportation Solution is seeking an HR Administrator to support our Human Resources Service Center team. This role combines professional compliance administration with high-volume employee support and is ideal for someone ready to grow within HR operations. About the Role The HR Administrator serves as a key resource within the HR Service Center (HRSC). You'll manage leave administration, respond to employee inquiries, support benefits processes and ensure accurate HR system updates. This role blends compliance execution with strong service delivery. What You'll Do Manage FMLA and ADA intake, documentation and tracking within defined authority Respond to high-volume employee inquiries via phone and HRSC inbox Support benefits enrollments and related employee questions Process new hire documentation and employee changes as needed Update managed move transactions in UKG Escalate complex or high-risk compliance matters appropriately Contribute to process improvement efforts within the HRSC What Great Looks Like Improve response time and service quality for employee inquiries Reduce documentation and tracking errors Contribute to process improvements within the HRSC Build credibility with managers on compliance matters Progress toward independently managing leave cases with minimal escalation What You Bring Experience supporting HR operations in a corporate or centralized environment Strong customer service skills with a professional and empathetic phone presence Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a high-volume setting Critical thinking skills and sound judgment within established guidelines Comfort handling inbound and outbound phone calls daily Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Direct hands-on FMLA case administration experience Experience determining leave eligibility Experience drafting formal FMLA or ADA communication Experience advising managers on compliance matters Experience working in UKG or similar HR systems Why CRST?
