Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. In this vital role, you will serve as a key point of contact for employee relations, talent acquisition, and HR operations. Your energetic approach will help foster a positive workplace culture, streamline HR processes, and ensure compliance with employment laws. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic workforce management and organizational development while supporting the overall success of our organization. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates through HR systems (such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM), conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities. Facilitate employee orientation sessions and assist with employee evaluation procedures to promote continuous performance improvement. Oversee benefits administration and support employees with inquiries related to payroll processing, workers' compensation, FMLA, and other HR-related programs. Assist in developing and implementing organizational design strategies, succession planning initiatives, and affirmative action plans to promote diversity and inclusion. Maintain accurate personnel records, handle confidential information responsibly, and ensure compliance with employment & labor laws and HR legal standards. Support HR projects related to change management, training & development programs, and workforce management initiatives using project management best practices. Use HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms like UltiPro, Paychex, or Dayforce for data collection, reporting, and analysis to inform strategic decisions. Experience Proven experience in an HR department role with a focus on human capital management, employee relations, or personnel administration. Demonstrated knowledge of employment law in talent management, regulatory compliance management, and HR sourcing strategies. Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, Oracle
