Non-Exempt Reports to: HR Manager Position Summary The Human Resources Administrator provides essential administrative support to the HR department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable handling a variety of clerical and Team Member-facing responsibilities. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the HR Team Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner Greet and assist Team Members, candidates, and visitors Provide Spanish-to-English and English-to-Spanish translation support for Team Members and leadership, including during day-to-day interactions and company-wide meetings to ensure clear communication and understanding Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including making copies, scanning, and filing documents Maintain and organize Team Member records and HR documentation Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for new hires Support HR projects and initiatives as needed Schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments Meet with or locate Team Members as needed, including on the production floor Ensure confidentiality of sensitive Team Member information Perform general office duties and maintain a clean, organized workspace Regular and reliable attendance is required Preferred High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred Previous administrative or HR support experience preferred Required Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) required Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment High level of professionalism and discretion Working Conditions & Physical Requirements Office setting with frequent interactions with Team Members and visitors Manufacturing environment exposure, including noise, varying temperatures, and required personal protective equipment (PPE) when on the floor Fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail and responsiveness Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as typing, filing, and copying Occasionally lift or move office supplies (up to 20 lbs) Ability to walk and stand for periods of time when accessing the manufacturing floor Ability to use stairs to access certain areas of the plant This job description is intended to summarize the primary responsibilities and qualifications for this role.
