Blue Stone Therapy was founded in 2009 and provides contract physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology to communities in Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin. Our focus is to deliver optimal, individualized rehabilitation by highly skilled professional therapists while developing long-term partnerships between our staff and the communities they serve. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team. This role is vital to our daily operations, providing essential administrative and front-desk support while performing core functions for the Human Resources department. This position requires someone who can seamlessly transition between managing the office's first impressions and ensuring confidential HR tasks are handled with precision.Essential Key Job Responsibilities:
Serve as the welcoming face of the office, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately. Manage all incoming and outgoing office communications and logistics, including answering/screening phone calls, greeting visitors, and distributing mail/deliveries. Execute standard administrative processes such as filing, faxing, scanning, copying, and organizing documents. Perform high-quality customer service by promptly and accurately answering general visitor and employee inquiries. Serve as the first point of contact for HR, responding to routine employee questions regarding programs and policies, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate HR team members. Prepare and maintain confidential employee personnel files, ensuring accuracy and strict adherence to HR compliance standards. Prepare reports generated from a wide variety of systems on a regular basis. Assist in maintaining organizational charts and employee directories. Provide dedicated administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, compiling data, and generating reports. Other duties as assigned.Requirements:

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Benefit Summary:
