Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR + Administration Leader to drive excellence across our human resources and administrative functions. This pivotal role combines talent management, organizational development, compliance, and operational oversight to foster a thriving workplace environment. As a key member of the administration team, you will champion initiatives that enhance employee engagement, streamline processes, and ensure regulatory adherence. Responsibilities Providing Human Resource subject matter expertise Supporting employee recruiting plans and processes Onboarding new employees, including benefits enrollment, creating employee files, issuing Company policy documents, setting up employee payroll using ADP, and other onboarding tasks Maintaining employee files Supporting the preparation of Human Resource reporting processes Training employees and fielding questions related to Human Resource administrative process Supporting overall office administration Assist with ongoing maintenance of ADP HR, payroll, timekeeping, benefits, and employee self-service functions Help collect, verify, and enter employee data into ADP, including personal information, job titles, departments, pay rates, supervisors, benefit elections, and employment status Review employee records for accuracy and flag missing, inconsistent, or outdated information Audit existing HR files to identify missing documents, incomplete forms, outdated records, duplicate files, and compliance gaps Help create a standardized HR file structure for active employees, terminated employees, confidential medical files, payroll records, benefit records, training records, and compliance documents Ensure employee files contain required documents such as applications, offer letters, job descriptions, tax forms, direct deposit forms, policy acknowledgments, performance records, disciplinary records, training records, and separation documents Act as company point of contact for employee performance review process Coordinate review cycles, including annual reviews, introductory period reviews, 90-day reviews, and follow-up reviews Track review due dates and send reminders to supervisors and managers Qualifications Prefer Undergraduate Degree or 2 to 3 years of experience in performing similar Human Resource duties Trained and successful experienced in responding to human resource issues SHRM certification desirable Trained in and demonstrated ability to perform required ADP payroll and employee onboarding Leadership, self-motivated, and reliable Strong interpersonal communicator Proficient with MS Office suite of software, including Teams Attention to detail Join a team where your skills, ideas, and contributions will make a meaningful difference.
