THE VITAL ROLE YOU'LL HAVE
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week on 1st shift . As our Bilingual Human Resources & Safety Coordinator , you'll play a key role in supporting both HR operations and workplace safety initiatives across multiple facilities. You'll help lead annual trainings, assist with safety programs, support workers' compensation processes, and help ensure employees are working in a safe and compliant environment. In this role, you'll be an important point of contact for employees and leadership alike-helping promote a workplace culture built on safety, compliance, communication, and support . Your bilingual communication skills will also help ensure clear and effective communication for our workforce.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Occupational Safety , or related field preferred 1-2 years of related experience required OSHA certification is a plus CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Polish required Proficiency with computers, including HRIS systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet software Strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally Basic math skills and attention to detail Ability to work both in an office setting and within a production environment as needed
