POSITION SUMMARY
The Human Resources Intern for 2026 will provide support for the Human Resources Department Monday through Friday from 9am-3pm. This will include administrative duties, database entry, tracking of onboarding and offboarding, background check submissions, and communications with new hires. The HR Intern will play a crucial role in ensuring our onboarding program runs smoothly. Attention to detail and organizational skills will be utilized in maintaining accurate employee records and assisting with various HR related activities.
HIGHLIGHTS
Update company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details Scan and file HR documents; helping to maintain HRIS system (Paycom) Assist with recruiting, tracking, onboarding prep Assist with background checks and communication of new hires and rehires (seasonal employment)
