This temp to hire role coordinates community outreach, develops partnerships, tracks program outcomes, assists participants with resources, and supports program reporting and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate workforce development and educational program activities. Build and maintain relationships with employers, community organizations, training providers, and community partners. Promote programs through outreach events, informational sessions, and community engagement activities. Track participant data, maintain records, and prepare required reports. Assist participants with referrals, resources, and support services. Support program registrations, data entry, and program performance analysis. Attend trainings, networking events, and community meetings. Collaborate with program staff to achieve program goals and deliver successful outcomes.
Pay:
$26.50
Hours :
M-F 7a-4p (Additional hours may be required for outreach events)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Education, Workforce Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 2 years of related experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and data management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
