Performs final review on file prior to review and action by a board, action officer, or others and ensures th all levels of legal, medical, and administrive review have been completed. GENERAL EXPERIENCE
: MUST possess progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work th indices ability to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position with experience using computer and automion systems.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE
: GS-7 Level MUST possess least 1-year equivalent to least GS-6; comprehensive knowledge of laws, rules, regulions, policies, procedures, and precedents reling to the area of assignment; knowledge of computer dabases, personnel management systems and pay management systems; knowledge of processing a variety of unique official personnel tasks. GS-6 Level MUST possess least 1-year equivalent to least GS-5; experience reviewing or processing actions such as accessions, discharges/separions, promotions, awards, reductions, transfers, boards, etc; experience researching to solve problems, experience corresponding professionally with other military personnel. GS-5 Level MUST possess least 1-year equivalent to least GS-4 or least 4-years of educion beyond high school level. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through Nional Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizions (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social).
