  • Full-time Position Summary The Accounts Payable & HR Administrator is responsible for managing day-to-day accounts payable functions while supporting human resources administrative processes.
This role ensures accurate financial transactions, compliance with company policies, and efficient HR operations including onboarding, recordkeeping, and employee support. Accounts Payable (A/P) Process high-volume vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper coding to the general ledger Match purchase orders, invoices, and receipts; resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive vendor relationships Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies Receptionist duties Human Resources Administration Assist HR with onboarding and offboarding documentation Maintain accurate and confidential employee records (digital and physical) Support benefits administration, enrollments, and employee inquiries Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data (hours, changes, deductions) Attendance Documentation Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferred 2+ years of experience in accounts payable, HR administration, or a similar role in a manufacturing environment Knowledge of accounting principles and HR practices Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/HRIS software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills Experience with ERP systems Familiarity with payroll systems and basic labor laws Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment We are an equal opportunity employer.
